FAQ

Common questions, honest answers.

Everything you need to know about how the assessments work, who they're for, and how to get started.

Who are these assessments for?

The Neuro Agility assessments are designed for school children (from approximately age 13), students, and adults at any life stage. Specific assessments are recommended based on the individual's age, goals, and context. Dr Susan will guide you to the most appropriate option for your situation.

How long does an assessment take?

Assessment duration depends on which profile you choose. Think Flow takes approximately 50 minutes, Brain Fitness around 40 minutes, Brain Potential around 55 minutes, and Advanced+ approximately 75 minutes. All assessments are completed online at a time that suits you.

How do I get started?

The simplest way to start is to contact Susan directly via WhatsApp or email. She will help you identify the most suitable assessment for your needs, answer any questions, and provide you with a pro forma invoice if you wish to proceed.

What information does Susan need?

For the assessment report to be generated, Susan will need the full name and age of the person being assessed. These are used to personalise the report. Your contact email is also required so the assessment link can be sent.

What happens after payment?

Once payment is received, an assessment link is emailed automatically to the address provided. The assessment can be completed online at a convenient time. Once complete, the report is generated and Susan will be in touch to discuss results or arrange a feedback session.

Do I receive a report?

Yes. Every assessment generates a detailed written report tailored to the individual being assessed. The report covers the dimensions measured by that specific assessment and includes practical insights.

Can feedback sessions be arranged?

Yes. Feedback sessions with Dr Susan can be arranged to discuss the results in detail, answer questions, and help you apply the insights meaningfully. Please enquire about feedback session availability and pricing when you book.

Are group or employer assessments available?

Yes. Susan works with employers and schools on structured group assessment programmes. These are tailored to the group size, assessment approach, and any accompanying feedback sessions required. Please contact Susan directly for a group enquiry — pricing and structure are arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Are these assessments available internationally?

Yes. The assessments are completed online and are available to clients anywhere in the world. Pricing is quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). International clients are welcome to enquire for payment arrangement details.

Are these assessments a diagnosis or medical evaluation?

No. The Neuro Agility assessments are designed to provide insight, guidance, and understanding for personal, educational, and professional development purposes. They are not a diagnostic tool and are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or emergency mental health assessment or treatment. If you have a clinical concern, please consult a qualified medical or mental health professional.

How do I pay?

A pro forma invoice will be provided upon request. Susan will confirm payment details when you make contact. Once payment reflects, your assessment link will be sent automatically to the email address provided.

What is Neuro Agility?

Neuro Agility refers to the brain's ability to think, learn, and adapt flexibly and effectively. The Neuro Agility Profile assessments help individuals understand their unique cognitive style, learning preferences, and performance patterns — so they can use this awareness to function better in learning, work, and life.
