Neuro Agility with Susan provides professional Neuro Agility assessments and profiling services for personal, educational, and professional development purposes. These services are facilitated by Dr Susan Jansen Van Rensburg, PhD Psychology (UNISA), a Professional Registered Counsellor – Private Practice.

All assessments are insight and development tools. They are not medical, psychiatric, or clinical assessments and are not a substitute for professional healthcare. Please see our Disclaimer for full details.

4. Assessment services

By proceeding with an assessment, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood the nature of the assessment service
• You understand that the assessment is not a diagnostic or medical tool
• You agree to provide accurate information, including the full name and age of the person to be assessed
• You accept that payment must be received before the assessment link is sent

5. Payments and refunds

Assessment fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Payment is required in advance via the method specified on your pro forma invoice. Assessments that have been initiated (i.e. where the assessment link has been opened and the assessment commenced) are non-refundable. Unstarted assessments may be eligible for a refund or credit at Susan's discretion. Please contact Susan directly to discuss any concerns.

6. Confidentiality

All personal information and assessment results are treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with professional ethics and our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitations of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Neuro Agility with Susan and Dr Susan Jansen Van Rensburg shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of this website or the assessment services, including but not limited to reliance on information provided in assessment reports.

This website may include links to third-party platforms (including WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and policies.
